iTWO cx Site Diary offers a suite of useful forms, arranged in a tabulated view to assist with tracking daily site activity for projects. The forms include tracking for weather, labour, visitor logs, deliveries, plant, incidents, general site activity and much more. Records can be completed online or by using the iTWO cx Mobile App for iOS or Android. Day View Summaries can be produced and issued to project stakeholders, while customised searches allow users to report on diary data with ease..
iTWO cx users can reduce liability and improve project outcomes with the custom Risk Management module. Stakeholders can collaborate to monitor and review risk through a range of useful forms and registers. Risks can be identified and described, before contingencies are allocated and treatments proposed. Live reporting is available within the module, with managers able to track the status of issues to ensure the risk has been addressed.
The Safety Management module allows managers to easily gather and track documents such as insurance certificates, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), hazardous material registers and much more. Our system reduces the effort involved for contractor training, with all necessary information and tasks accessible to relevant workers through the Contractor Safety Dashboard. The iTWO cx Sustainability module is recognised by the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia and is built to track and manage activities and progress. Key usage reports such as energy consumption and waste records including Green Star reporting can be easily issued to involved parties through an internal dashboard, with collated data able to be displayed in a variety of visual formats. Detailed reports can then be created and distributed to key stakeholders as required.

This optional feature provides the ability to capture, track and manage timesheets for resources on your project, or across your business on a portfolio level. Timesheets for stakeholders across the entire supply chain can be managed within the module, with data able to be captured electronically and exported to payroll/ERP systems as required, allowing for an easy-to-manage workflow. Module administrators can even report on trends across a single project or an entire portfolio to identify where efficiency can be improved.
The iTWO cx Defence Proformas module is built to support projects that require transmission of Australian Commonwealth defence contracts and clauses. Conducting procurement activities and managing contract delivery can be very complicated on defence projects. Commissioning is a custom adaptation to the Quality Management module, built to support mechanical and electrical specialists working with iTWO cx. Users can electronically manage all commissioning requirements within the module, to ensure that all building systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained exactly as specified by your client.
